Fitness with natural medicines
Keeping fit and trim is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle which is more popular now than ever. After the gluttony of previous eras, there would appear to be a greater interest in keeping healthy, and enjoying sport activities. To compliment the activity some turn to new natural medicines to keep the stamina to a high level. This has led to some problems in the professional sporting arena as athletes have found that the natural medicine they thought was OK turned out to have a natural banned drug and have suffered the negative results.
In all sports there are natural medicines and foods which do not have any banned substances and the most basic of these is the banana. Tennis pros are often seen munching away on the fruit between sets and whilst this is not a medicine, it is a fruit which brings stamina quickly to the sports person in the middle of a match. The ingredients for natural medicines often come from fruit which grows naturally in forests and jungles of the world. A good example of that is the simple mangosteen.
It can be bought in large quantities in season and costs little. Yet there are companies selling mangosteen juice at high prices and this aspect of natural medicine is slightly deceiving. The juice has high properties of an ingredient which helps weight loss so for sports people this is an ideal product. It’s a natural fruit which tastes good, and has natural benefits for the drinker which is not found in other fruits.
