Health issues which affect new medicines
When a new health product is introduced to the market, it has to have been vetted and tested to make sure it is safe for the public to use. The new natural medicines are subject to the same scrutinisation, but do not have the same chemical base, and are so regarded as less potentially harmful products.
A franchise or a simple high street shop selling herbal treatments will be expected to meet hygiene regulations but the herbs are not regarded as potentially dangerous medical products. The biggest danger would come from an allergy to something and nuts are one of the foodstuffs which some have an allergy to. So for the health conscious a quick chat to the proprietor of the shop selling new natural medicines should provide some answers on what’s best for what.
Typical issues involve female menstruation problems, obesity, hair loss, and colon problems. All these problems can be addressed using new natural medicines, but there is still some reluctance and those suffering are just as likely to go to the local doctor who will prescribe a regular drug.
This usually works but the questioning patient will like to be told of an alternative and may point to a natural remedy used in South America. Unfortunately the health services of most countries are very tied in to the pharmaceutical industry and that pattern looks unlikely to change. In reality there is room for both forms of medicine and what works in one case may be bettered by the other and vice versa.
